Natalie Mordecai
Nursery Manager – Cowbridge
Natalie joined the team in 2014 as a Nursery Nurse and is warm and funny, always carrying a smile on her face. Natalie is extremely supportive and her kindness inspires her team. Natalie is also a parent herself which aids her empathetic skills when supporting families settling into nursery life. Her qualifications include:

- Level 3 Transition to Playwork
- Level 5 QCF in Childcare, Learning and Development
Eliza Bishop
Deputy Nursery Manager – Cowbridge
Eliza first started with us as a student training to complete her Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Development in 2012. It was clear from her first placement how kind and friendly Eliza is making her approachable. Eliza is also a parent of three children so has a great understanding of how busy life can be for a working family, always going above and beyond to offer her support. Her qualifications include:

Marie Mclean
Group Leader Cubs (2-3 years) – Cowbridge
Marie has been with us since 2016, but has over ten years of experience working in childcare. Marie is kind and patient, is a mother of one and has an excellent knowledge of children’s learning and development.

Tracey Stevens
Group Leader Tiny Tots (under 2) – Cowbridge
Tracey has been with us since early 2011, but has 23 years of experience in childcare, majority of which has been with babies. Tracey has an excellent reputation, she is always mentioned by families in reviews as the children love her! She is a mother of two and is simply brilliant with babies.
